These terms cover speed.style, the free draft brand kit, and anything you start from this site. They are short because the site is short: it shows what we do and gives you a preview. Working with us happens under a separate written agreement.
A preview, not a product.
By using speed.style you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

The kit is an automated draft made from the public pages of a website you submit. It is a starting point for a conversation. It is not a verified brand audit, a legal or trademark review, or a guarantee that anything in it is correct or complete. Check it before you rely on it.
You can pay for a Brand Setup from this site. That payment reserves the scope shown at checkout. The work itself, its timing, its approvals and anything beyond that scope are set in a written agreement we confirm with you before production starts. If we cannot agree one, we say so and return your payment.
Template pages, sample reports and demonstrations are examples. They are not a connected product, a checkout or a report about your business, and the figures in them are illustrative.
Always under a written agreement.
Nothing on this site creates a contract for design work. Every engagement, including a Brand Setup you start here, is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Speed Styles. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins for that work.
Until an agreement is in place we have no obligation to start, deliver or continue any work, and you have no obligation to continue with us.
Yours, with permission to use it.
Only submit a website, logo, copy or file that you own or are authorized to represent. You keep everything you give us. You give us permission to read it, capture it, store it and show it back to you in a draft, a message or a project, and to use it to do work you ask for. We do not publish your materials or your draft without your say-so.
Do not use the site to probe, overload or scrape it, to submit someone else’s site in bad faith, or to send anything unlawful. We rate-limit the forms and may refuse or remove a submission.
The brand and the site.
The Speed Styles name, the wordmark and S mark, Speed the cheetah, the design system, and the text, images and code of this site belong to Speed Styles or its licensors. You can look at them, link to them and quote them briefly with credit. Do not copy, resell or pass them off as your own.
No warranties, limited liability.
The site and the draft kit are provided as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a draft will be accurate.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Speed Styles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from the site or a draft kit. Our total liability for anything arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us through it in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. Work under a written agreement is covered by that agreement’s terms instead.
Law, changes, questions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes about the site belong to the courts there. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms. The current version is always here with its date at the top, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
