Speed Styles runs speed.style. We collect what each step on this site needs and nothing we have no use for. No ad pixels, no tracking cookies, no selling your details. This page says what we hold, why, and how to ask us about it.

What we
collect.

Only what each step needs.

Four things happen on this site: you build a draft brand kit, you send us a message, you start a Brand Setup, or you just look around. Each one takes a little information.

Your draft brand kit

You give us a website address. An automated browser reads that site’s public pages and captures its logo, colors, type and copy. An AI model turns the capture into a draft kit. We keep the capture and the draft so your link keeps working.

To open the draft you give us an email address. We send one email with the link. The address is stored next to the draft, never inside it.

Contact messages

The contact form takes your name, email address, business name if you add one, and your message. A person on the crew reads it and replies by email. Nothing is sent automatically.

Checkout and projects

Payment runs on Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them. We keep your email address, the amount, the order status and the draft it came from. If you start a project, we keep the brief, the files you upload and the approvals you give, so we can do the work.

Visiting the site

Our servers and Cloudflare keep standard access logs: IP address, pages requested, browser type. We use your IP address to limit abuse of the forms; those counters expire within hours. We count which steps of the kit funnel were reached, with the campaign labels from the link you arrived on. No third-party analytics runs here.

How we
use it.

Only for what you asked.

We use what you give us to do the thing you asked for: draft and deliver your kit, answer your message, take your order and run your project. We use access logs and funnel counts to keep the site up, stop abuse and see where people get stuck.

We may follow up about a draft kit by email. We do not run a newsletter, and we do not add you to one. Reply with “stop” and we stop.

We may look at draft kits to improve how the scan reads a site. Your contact details are kept apart from that work.

Who else
sees it.

The services that run the site.

We do not sell or rent your information. A few providers process it on our behalf, each for one job. We also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the site and the people using it.

How long
we keep it.

Until you ask, or until it’s done.

Draft kits and their captures stay until you ask us to remove them, so the link you were sent keeps working. Contact messages stay until we have answered and no longer need them. Orders and project records stay as long as we need them for accounting and to stand behind the work. Access logs and abuse counters are kept briefly and then roll off.

Your
choices.

One email does it.

Write to [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting a draft kit also retires its link. We answer from the same mailbox and may ask you to confirm from the address we have on file.

The site reads without JavaScript and without accepting cookies. Your browser’s session storage remembers campaign labels during a visit, and some older pages remember your light or dark choice. Neither identifies you, and both clear when you clear your browser.

The
rest.

Where we are, and when this changes.

Speed Styles is based in the United States and processes information there. The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their information.

When this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. If a change affects information we already hold, we tell the people it affects.

us.
